1. Are your jerseys authentic?

Yes. All our jerseys are 100% authentic retro football shirts. We do not sell replicas, counterfeit items, or unofficial merchandise.

2. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped via Royal Mail, delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days.

4. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only for secure and protected payments.

6. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
