Return Process

  2. Receive Your Return Label – A free, downloadable, and printable label will be provided.

  3. Ship Your Item – Send the item back to us via Royal Mail using the provided label.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free.

  • No restocking fees apply.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal).


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@premiumkit.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
